It is only for wired connection, wireless authentication works. Note: Windlaptops only having this issue, 1809 laptops are working fine. Same issue is happening if the computer went to the sleep mode, after logon we need to unplug the cable for 802.1x authentication. After boot the computer if we unplug the network cable and plug it back or restart the wired autoconfig services it is authenticating & getting the IP address. We also have the similar problem, here is the server log & client log.
